We are a growing B2B company focused on building a predictable outbound lead generation process. We are looking for a B2B Outreach Specialist who can manage daily outbound activities, create personalized outreach campaigns, and help generate qualified business conversations.
This role is execution-focused and suited for someone who is comfortable working with outbound systems, prospect research, messaging, and lead qualification. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance and pipeline growth.
Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers
Build and manage outbound lead lists
Run personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
Write and test outbound messaging sequences
Follow up with prospects and manage communication flows
Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
Maintain CRM accuracy and outreach tracking
Work with marketing on campaign targeting and positioning
Monitor outreach metrics and improve response rates
Use AI tools to speed up research, personalization, and workflow automation
Experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or SDR roles
Strong written English communication skills
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools
Understanding of B2B prospecting and sales funnels
Ability to personalize outbound communication at scale
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with tools such as Lemlist, Clay, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach targets
