We are a fast-scaling B2B company building outbound sales processes to support rapid growth. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who can consistently generate qualified meetings and create new business opportunities through outbound outreach.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on pipeline generation. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts, start conversations with decision-makers, and move qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers

  • Run outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls

  • Write personalized outbound messages and follow-ups

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads

  • Book meetings for Account Executives or founders

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and update lead statuses

  • Work closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns

  • Test and improve outreach messaging and sequences

  • Track outreach performance and conversion metrics

  • Use AI tools to improve prospect research and outbound workflows

  • Experience in SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales roles

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems

  • Ability to manage outbound activity consistently

  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and qualification processes

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up communication

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or AI sales assistants

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
