We are looking for a front-end engineer contractor to join the Adoption Intelligence team and accelerate delivery across the initiative. This is a highly collaborative role - you will integrate closely with internal clients including Customer Success Engineers and Account Managers, translating their needs into polished, intuitive product experiences. You will be a key contributor from day one, working across two live workstreams.

From the tech stack, you will be working on a micro front-end architecture using a modern, evolving tech stack with AI at its core. The team moves fast, leverages AI tooling to stay efficient, and is building from the ground up. Requirements are still being shaped, which means you will have real influence over architecture and user experience decisions. • Build and ship front-end features across both applications using React and TypeScript

• Work within a micro front-end architecture, ensuring seamless integration with the broader application

• Design and implement reusable, extensible UI components that integrate across multiple initiatives

• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and internal CS stakeholders to translate evolving requirements into usable experiences

• Contribute to greenfield architecture decisions for the new workspace application

• Write and maintain tests, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD and Docker-based deployment practices

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on React and TypeScript

• Proven track record of owning front-end architecture end-to-end, not just implementing features

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript/JavaScript

• Experience with Node.js back-end development

• Familiarity with micro front-end architecture and design patterns

• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving green field environments

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with international stakeholders across multiple time zones (US, Middle East, India)

• Professional English proficiency for daily async and sync communication with globally distributed teams

• Experience building AI-powered or data-driven front-end applications

• Familiarity with component extensibility and connector-style architectures
