We are a fast-growing B2B company expanding our market presence through industry events, conferences, webinars, and partner activations. We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist who can fully own event execution — from planning and coordination to promotion and post-event follow-up.
This role is highly hands-on. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to make sure events generate visibility, leads, and business conversations. The company is scaling quickly, so we need someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
Plan and coordinate B2B online and offline events
Manage event timelines, vendors, logistics, and communications
Coordinate webinar production and event promotion campaigns
Work with designers and copywriters on event materials
Support conference participation, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
Manage attendee registration flows and CRM updates
Track event performance, leads, and ROI metrics
Prepare post-event reports and follow-up activities with the sales team
Research relevant industry events and partnership opportunities
Use AI tools to speed up content creation, planning, and reporting workflows
Experience in B2B event marketing or event coordination
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with webinars, conferences, and partner events
Understanding of B2B lead generation processes
Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
Experience with marketing platforms and CRM systems
Strong written communication skills in English
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, or similar
Experience working with cross-functional teams
