  • Overview

    Zoolatech is undergoing an internal restructuring, which resulted in a creation of a Director of Engineering, responsible for 

    • Nurturing a portfolio of 10+ existing small accounts (E.g. Glassdoor, Wish, Gilt)
    • Few accounts staffed exclusively in LATAM
    • All company Pre-Sales from Delivery side

    You will have 3-4 Account/Delivery Managers under you to help manage all of this, but as we’re a Lean Organization, we expect everyone to be very hands on and fluid to be where they’re needed the most at the moment and what is needed the most. 

    Your primary job will be to grow the existing and win new accounts in collaboration with upper management. We expect you to be creative and enthusiastic in seeing the opportunities on how to achieve that - using the company best practices as well as going out of the box.

  • Responsibilities

    • Grow and diversify clients’ portfolio in the company
    • Drive and manage pre-sales activities
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
    • Secure and expand relationships with key clients
    • Lead the effective collaboration with sales and account management at both new and existing clients to influence revenue;
    • Shape and execute company’s strategy in close collaboration with the company’s functional leaders
    • Analyze and understand clients’ business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities and align resources where mutually beneficial;
  • We require

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
    • Senior relevant work experience as Delivery manager, Account manager, Engineering manager
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
    • Fluent English
    • Supreme soft skills with high EQ
    • Business & result oriented, with proactive attitude
    • Willingness & ability to travel
