Enterprise Operations Technician

    Project: NOC, system, and operations support in a 24x7x365.

    monitoring, Tier 1 diagnostics, and escalation of operational issues, including initial triage and information gathering for support resources and establishment of communications

    network hardware, wired and WiFi support, tools, and techniques to identify solutions to technology-related issues

  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Enterprise Operations Center technician to help RetailTech company offer each customer the best possible service. Is it you we looking for?

    · motivated, dependable, accountable, process and results-oriented

    · 1+ years of experience in the IT industry

    · with experience or knowledge of Cisco/Juniper router, switch commands, and testing procedures; Aruba, Wireless Lan Controllers, and wireless access points; Avaya Site Administration, VMware virtualization and infrastructure management
