  • Overview

    Work with company CEO to streamline, optimize and automate sales process.

  • Responsibilities

    The general goal is to work with company CEO to increase company sales assets(contacts, leads, existing and potential clients, etc.) conversion into business.

    • Design and implement an effective process for the company sales assets management and effective use
    • Choose and deploy necessary (CRM) tools
    • Contribute to the company sales strategy definition
    • Split sales assets in categories according to the strategy and use the accordingly
    • Choose and engage third parties and services if appropriate
    • Suggest custom automation elements
    • Ongoing process execution to keep the CRM in an up-to-date state
    • Ongoing follow-ups and campaigns digital touches
    • Practice and instill a sales discipline
    • Work with Marketing to support the strategy tactically and strategically
    • Generating action items from collected and researched data
  • We require

    • Experience in IT (outsource or product company) where Sales process was well designed and established
    • Experience or clear understanding on how to select tools and deploy them into effective work
    • Ability to think big, few steps ahead
    • Eagerness to learn, grow and try new stuff, while rigorously practicing discipline in existing proven approaches
    • Passion about the sales job and belief in its process part
    • Can do it mentality
