This project will deliver comprehensive data products to the FinSys Data Platform team within Employer Foundations. These products will support critical business functions across Accounting, Finance, Payments, and Tax teams, ensuring improved data availability and reliability for multiple stakeholders.

This project will deliver comprehensive data products to the FinSys Data Platform team within Employer Foundations. These products will support critical business functions across Accounting, Finance, Payments, and Tax teams, ensuring improved data availability and reliability for multiple stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills (Required):

• Strong Python skills; ideally Senior-level 5-7 years of experience.

• 5+ years in a Data Engineering or Data Warehousing role.

• 5+ years building data pipelines using ETL tools (dbt preferred).

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Kafka, Spark, or similar.

• Extensive experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases.

• Expertise in workflow management and pipeline tools like Airflow.

• 5+ years of coding experience (preferably in Python).

• Master’s degree (or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience) in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within agreed sprint commitments.

• Comfortable working in highly collaborative, cross-functional Agile teams.

• Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
