As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of both online and offline events, helping ensure smooth coordination, strong attendee engagement, and effective event promotion.
Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, exhibitions, meetups, and partner events
Coordinate event registrations, schedules, vendors, and attendee communications
Assist with creating and publishing event-related content across email, website, and social media channels
Work closely with design and content teams to prepare event materials and presentations
Maintain event calendars, timelines, and task tracking documents
Monitor registration and attendance data and prepare basic performance reports
Support lead collection and post-event follow-up activities
Manage event documentation, marketing assets, and internal event processes
Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency
1–2 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, or event coordination
Understanding of B2B marketing and event-driven lead generation
Experience supporting both online and offline events
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms
Basic understanding of webinar and event management tools
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms
Attention to detail and proactive approach to task execution
