Manage and support the engineering team ±20 people in LATAM (incl. but not only Brazil) through regular 1:1 meetings.

Participate in candidate evaluation and final hiring decisions.
Monitor staffing progress and proactively address hiring challenges.
Support workforce planning and identify future staffing needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Understand client expectations, priorities, concerns, and business needs.
