Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce to support business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize the Salesforce platform, implement integrations with external systems, and ensure that solutions adhere to Salesforce architecture and security best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development lifecycle through code reviews, troubleshooting, and CI/CD best practices.
Develop and deploy scalable Salesforce customizations and configurations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce. Design and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, while adhering to Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices. Deliver high-quality, maintainable code through Git-based version control, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and CI/CD processes. Produce technical documentation and support ongoing platform enhancements, including Experience Cloud and Agentforce capabilities when applicable.
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, sharing model, and platform best practices. (5+ years of experience)
Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and scalable solution design.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD.
Nice to Have:
Agentforce development experience.
Experience with Experience Cloud, including responsive UI development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification would be a positive match.
