• Lead and participate in design, development, testing, documentation, and data analysis activities.

• Build and maintain scalable, high‑quality software systems with strong focus on automation and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

• Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

• Manage stand-ups, Jira processes, team updates, and stakeholder communication to clarify requirements and guide junior engineers.

• Provide on‑call support during working hours and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• 8+ years of hands‑on software development experience, including system design, architecture, and enterprise‑level applications.

• Software Development Languages: Proficiency in Java (required), React or Python (very nice to have)

• Frameworks: Spring Boot

• Architecture: RESTful services, microservices

• Messaging: Kafka, SQS

• Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred)

• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Lambda (preferred)

• CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, Terraform

• Testing: Unit, Integration, Regression, Load automation

• Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

• Monitoring & Logging: New Relic, Splunk

• Strong English speaking skills for guiding and problem‑solving within the team.
