Develop and maintain backend services and automation workflows that support Indeed's Go-to-Market (GTM) platform. The project focuses on building scalable microservices, integrating Salesforce solutions, supporting AI-driven sales automation, and enhancing the GTM Data Platform while working in an agile development environment.
Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows using Java, Python, and microservices.
Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs, including EVO, Omnichannel, and lead assignment rules.
Support AI SDR automation, including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, and webhook-based lead routing.
Contribute to the GTM Data Platform codebase.
Collaborate within an agile sprint process using a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
Must-Have skills:
5+ years of experience in:
Backend engineering: Java or Python (required)
REST API integration and webhook development
Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
Nice-to-Have skills:
Salesforce Apex
Calendly API, or experience building AI-assisted sales tooling.
