A commercial operator rather than an engineer, Dennis built and runs his own consulting business on a multi-agent AI system he designed himself proof that the hard parts of AI are business problems, not technical ones.

He and his team have taken those learnings to help companies in retail, finance, and private equity in augmenting internal work with AI. He previously led a commercial team at Shopify managing 800+ merchants and $8B+ in GMV, consulted 2 native AI startups with successful exits (Manus AI to Meta, and Warmly to HubSpot).
