This role plays a key part in creating a positive and engaging employee experience at Zoolatech. As the Junior Employee Experience Specialist in Ukraine, you’ll support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that help people stay connected, informed, and involved.

You’ll create and coordinate internal content, support company-wide communications and events, and contribute to initiatives focused on employee wellbeing, recognition, and team connection. This is a hands-on, people-focused role within the HR team, ideal for someone who is organized, creative, has strong writing and communication skills, and is passionate about creating a great workplace experience.

Internal Communications

• Create and publish engaging internal content across Slack, email, and other company channels.

• Write announcements, newsletters, reminders, and communications for internal initiatives and company events.

• Adapt content and tone of voice for different audiences and communication channels.

• Support communication campaigns around company news, milestones, initiatives, and key dates.

• Help maintain a consistent, clear, and engaging internal communication style.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.

• Help organize team-building activities, office events, and company celebrations.

• Support the preparation and distribution of gifts for holidays and special occasions.

• Coordinate with vendors and support event-related arrangements.

• Help collect and track employee feedback and participation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Internal Communications, SMM, Copywriting, Content Creation, HR, Employee Experience, or a related area.

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of tone of voice.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.

• Genuine interest in people, employee experience, and workplace culture.

• Comfortable working with Slack, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
