We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the technical execution of a next-generation petcare platform for a company in the US health and wellness / petcare sector.

This person will lead cross-functional delivery across the Data & Analytics domain. In this role, you will work at the intersection of Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics to drive high-impact data initiatives, including Customer 360 profile integration, API-first data pipelines, system mappings, and data governance. You will partner closely with engineering teams, product managers, and senior executive leadership to bring structure to complex technical programs, streamline delivery workflows using modern tools (like Monday), and clear execution bottlenecks.

  • Lead end-to-end technical programs from inception to deployment

  • Clearly understand Vetsource system capabilities and APIs, SQL queries

  • Represent Vetsource with partners and advocate for partner success

  • Bridge gap between engineering and business stakeholders

  • Influence process improvements across multiple teams and functions, ensuring the approach is aligned with Vetsource’s culture

  • Help build program documentation, including requirements analysis and best practices

  • Define & remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering

  • Establish credibility and rapport with senior technical and non-technical team members alike

  • 5+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience.

  • Experience delivering complex cross-functional technical programs.

  • Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or technology product environments.

  • Experience working as or with Data Engineering or Data Analytics teams

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.

  • Familiarity with customer 360, personalization, or data-driven customer experiences.

  • AI fluency and hands-on use of AI productivity tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.

  • Understanding of Agile software development lifecycle.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments with changing priorities.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Product, business, executive, and partner teams.

  • Ability to navigate both technical and business conversations.

  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with privacy-sensitive customer data

  • Petcare, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or health/wellness industry experience
