We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the technical execution of a next-generation petcare platform for a company in the US health and wellness / petcare sector. The role is focused on evolving the company’s ecosystem into a more personalized, connected, and AI-enabled customer experience. The platform will use veterinary practice data, pet owner data, customer profiles, APIs, and AI-driven capabilities to deliver smarter workflows, personalized recommendations, and better digital experiences for customers and pet owners. The Senior TPM will work closely with Engineering, Product, business stakeholders, executives, and external partners to drive complex technical programs from planning through delivery.

  • Lead end-to-end technical programs from discovery to deployment.

  • Drive delivery of a next-generation petcare platform.

  • Coordinate Engineering, Product, business stakeholders, executives, and external partners.

  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Lead planning, execution, dependency management, and risk management.

  • Support customer 360 initiatives that connect customer, pet owner, and pet profile data.

  • Champion API-first platform and integration strategy.

  • Oversee AI-enabled and agentic workflow orchestration initiatives.

  • Track program progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Identify and remove blockers that slow down delivery.

  • Build program documentation, best practices, and delivery processes.

  • Influence process improvements across teams and functions.

  • 5+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience.

  • Experience delivering complex cross-functional technical programs.

  • Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or technology product environments.

  • Experience with ecommerce and/or marketing technologies.

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.

  • Familiarity with customer 360, personalization, or data-driven customer experiences.

  • AI fluency and hands-on use of AI productivity tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.

  • Understanding of Agile software development lifecycle.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments with changing priorities.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Product, business, executive, and partner teams.

  • Ability to navigate both technical and business conversations.

  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with privacy-sensitive customer data
