Guidewheel is on a mission to empower all the world’s factories to achieve sustainable peak performance. Our FactoryOps platform helps manufacturers double productivity while reducing energy costs and emissions through real-time visibility and automation.
At its core, the platform transforms every machine into a smart, connected device using non-invasive power sensors - like a Fitbit for factories - providing actionable insights into performance and energy efficiency. Guidewheel is used by over 300 manufacturers globally, including Fortune 500 companies, and has been recognized by the World Economic Forum for its transformational potential.
As QA Automation Lead, you will be the primary architect and driver of our test automation strategy. You will be responsible for hands-on test automation, framework development, and establishing quality engineering standards across the team. In this role, you’ll directly shape the reliability and scalability of Guidewheel’s FactoryOps platform, working closely with engineering, product, and design.
You will also mentor engineers, create shared best practices, and take the lead in ensuring our rapid delivery cycles never compromise on quality.
