This role plays a key part in shaping a positive and engaging workplace experience at Zoolatech. As the Employee Experience & Internal Communications Coordinator, you’ll support initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, team connection, and a strong, inclusive culture. You’ll help bring internal events to life, assist with thoughtful communications, and ensure the office remains a welcoming, well-supported environment. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about workplace culture.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Assist with employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and recognition activities.

  • Help plan and coordinate team-building events, office celebrations, and monthly employee gatherings.

  • Support the selection and ordering of gifts for holidays and special occasions.

  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and client gatherings under guidance from the team.

  • Help track attendance and participation in events.

  • Support communication with vendors and event agencies.

Internal Communications

  • Contribute to internal communications across Slack, email, and other channels.

  • Draft announcements and content for key dates, milestones, and internal news.

  • Help maintain consistency in messaging and tone across teams.

Office & Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day office needs, including ordering supplies and maintaining a welcoming environment.

  • Help coordinate small-scale office initiatives and assist in encouraging office attendance through internal communications and event support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a related role (e.g., HR, communications, office coordination).

  • Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written).

  • Residing in Istanbul and available to work from the office 2–3 days per week.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Creativity and interest in people-focused activities.

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with an understanding of workplace culture.
