Pandora’s Data & Analytics - AI & Innovation team is focused on responsibly integrating AI across the organization, ensuring that AI solutions are adopted ethically, transparently, and effectively. This project aims to scale AI literacy within Pandora, enabling various stakeholder groups - from leadership to business users - to understand, embrace, and responsibly apply AI tools and practices.

The Junior Data Scientist, AI Enablement, will contribute to fostering an AI-ready culture by supporting the design and delivery of AI literacy programs, assisting in the documentation and alignment of Responsible AI principles, and helping onboard AI tools that comply with Pandora’s ethical and technical standards. The role is crucial to Pandora’s mission of demystifying AI, promoting fairness and transparency, and empowering teams to use AI responsibly across diverse business areas.

  • Support the design and delivery of AI literacy programs and structured curriculums for different stakeholder groups, such as leadership, business users, and citizen data scientists

  • Coordinate AI bootcamps, workshops, and learning events to build foundational knowledge of AI concepts and tools

  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-relevant insights to support organizational understanding and adoption

  • Contribute to the communication and evolution of Responsible AI principles in collaboration with legal, compliance, and AI governance teams

  • Assist with documentation, review processes, and alignment activities to ensure adherence to ethical standards, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation

  • Organize internal discussions and forums to promote awareness of Responsible AI trends and regulatory developments

  • Support the AI Innovation and procurement teams during the onboarding of external AI tools and platforms

  • Evaluate the alignment of third-party tools with internal ethical and technical standards

  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and best practices related to approved AI tools and their usage

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Ethics in Technology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in the non-technical application of AI, including ethics, literacy, and enablement

  • Good understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, with the ability to confidently discuss AI concepts

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences

  • Awareness of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation, with a willingness to develop expertise in this area

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, data, and business stakeholders

  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with an eagerness to support safe and inclusive AI adoption within the organization
