One of the top priorities for the customer is front-end (FE) technology modernization and UI design upgrade across all platform components and tools. At present, our FE design lacks consistency: while some features have been developed using cutting-edge technologies like React, TypeScript, and the micro-frontend approach, numerous outdated legacy pages. And the FE team now is working on modernization of the UI for one of the tool of the platform.

• Implement migration initiative from the legacy technology to moder tech stack.

• Use Core Components for implementation.

• Document the migration process, detailing challenges and solutions to guide future migrations and to track progress.

• Covering the new fucntionality with unit tests and e2e test. Develop test strategies for the initiatives and help team to follow the process.

• Mentor teammates by conducting code reviews, and sharing knowledge through pairing.

• Coordinate closely with the team to maintain focus on project goals and deadlines, organizing daily check-ins to keep everyone aligned.

• Communicate with the distributed international team to resolve blockers, address issues, and discuss timelines and solutions.

• Assist management in setting realistic deadlines and ensure they are met.

• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

• Strong expertise in software architecture design and development, proficient in React, JavaScript, Webpack, Jest, and NPM.

• Experience with asynchronous requests in large-scale applications and developing RESTful APIs.

• Experience working in multinational teams across different time zones.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable using Zoom and Slack for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Speaking English at least at a B2 level.
