You’ll play a key role in accelerating the migration to React Native. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive on clean architecture, code quality, and mentoring others to upskill in modern frameworks.

• Drive the migration of existing native codebases into React Native architecture

• Mentor and guide teammates in adopting React Native best practices

• Build scalable, high-quality features that are reusable and maintainable across platforms

• Collaborate closely with product, design and other teams to ensure seamless user experiences

• Contribute to architectural decisions and establish front-end development standards

• Participate in code reviews and continuous integration processes

• Strong professional experience with React Native in production apps

• Deep understanding of mobile development principles (performance, animations, state management, etc.)

• Solid JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills

• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD and release processes

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• Bonus: Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C) development
