• Design and collaborate with local and partner teams;

• Test all scenarios and confirm to quality standards;

• Identify performance issues; apply knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals (e.g., cross-site scripting, security certificates);

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of information technology concepts, issues, trends, and best practices as they relate to the discipline/practice;

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of specific needs of a major line of business and the related set of applications, systems, or functions.

• 3 years of professional experience in software development; familiarity with Linux, Java, and Python.

• Some exposure to building systems using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Event-Driven Architecture is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with streaming technologies like Kafka is a plus.

• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms and tools (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB, Aurora, RDS, S3).

• Experience with Inventory Management Systems or ERPs (e.g., RMS, SIM) is a nice-to-have.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL optimization.
