• Delivery management of several teams

• Cross-team collaboration

• Client expectation management

• Do reporting required by customer

• Perform people management of your team members

• Develop business opportunities, based on the information from the external and internal customer sources

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, Delivery manager

• Technical background (as a Software engineer, QA engineer, Devops engineer etc.)

• Deep understanding of SDLC and various methodologies

• Experience with long- and short-term planning

• Experience with risk-management

• Time management, decision making and organizational skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team on all levels

• Advanced English (both verbal and written)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
