A day in the life…
Capturing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable product requirements that guide development.
Own the product roadmap, define milestones, and prioritize work based on business value, dependencies, and feasibility.
Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure product goals are understood and reflected in the implementation.
Regularly refine, prioritize, and communicate the backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, up to date, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Proactively work with technical stakeholders on solution technical designs, addressing program dependencies, mitigating risks, and negotiating schedules, with clear communication to partners and leadership.
Balances trade-offs between short-term iteration and longer-term architectural, infrastructural, and strategic planning.
Possesses knowledge of technology (e.g. Cloud, APIs, services, Windows stack, open-source, database technologies, etc.)
Apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge to feature design, task estimation, design review, story creation, triage, performance standards, and sunsetting of software/system solutions
Reads basic code constructs, understands and can roughly estimate effort to complete engineering work streams
Must have
3 + years of Product Management or Business analysis experience
3 + years of demonstrated successful product delivery
Proven experience working with BE field
Practical usage of BA techniques
Work with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience implementing moderately complex enterprise systems with multiple dependencies
Demonstrate experience with E2E systems and architectural design to support top-tier large enterprise-level
English level B2+
Nice to have
Familiarity with Optimizely as a third-party integration
Experience with A/B testing in software/services
