We’re looking for a People Partner to support our LATAM team for a fix time for 6 months. Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll work closely with local and global HR teams to support employees and managers, helping with engagement, performance, and talent development.

• Be the go-to person for employees and managers, supporting engagement and career growth.

• Help with onboarding, performance reviews, and day-to-day HR processes.

• Support talent development initiatives to keep employees growing and motivated.

• Work with global HR teams to roll out key HR programs in the region.

• Keep HR data organized and use insights to improve people strategies.

• 1+ year of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, performance, engagement, etc.).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic setting.

• Fluent in Spanish, with professional English (C1 preferred).
