We’re looking for a People Partner to support our LATAM team for a fix time for 6 months. Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll work closely with local and global HR teams to support employees and managers, helping with engagement, performance, and talent development.

Be the go-to person for employees and managers, supporting engagement and career growth.
Help with onboarding, performance reviews, and day-to-day HR processes.
Support talent development initiatives to keep employees growing and motivated.
Work with global HR teams to roll out key HR programs in the region.
Keep HR data organized and use insights to improve people strategies.
1+ year of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, performance, engagement, etc.).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic setting.
Fluent in Spanish, with professional English (C1 preferred).
