We’re looking for a Conversational Designer to help shape the future of how our client, the biggest jewelry producer, connects with customers through chat interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing natural, intuitive, and on-brand dialog flows that deliver clear, helpful, and human-like experiences across digital assistants and chatbots.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, data analysts to craft elegant, functional conversations grounded in user behavior, linguistic principles, and business goals.
Design and prototype conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistant
Write conversational copy that reflects client’s tone of voice and enhances user engagement
Leverage user data, research, and behavioral insights to inform design decisions and iterate on existing flows
Define intents, entities, and user scenarios in collaboration with D&A team
Advocate for user-centric, inclusive conversation design that meets accessibility standards
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and personality
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) fundamentals
Familiarity with generative AI and LLM-powered chatbot solutions is nice to have
Experience working with chatbot/NLU platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework)
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments
Background in linguistics, cognitive science, UX design, journalism, or a related field is a plus
