We are seeking a talented Project/Delivery manager to join our team. As part of the team, you will manage an engineering team and team extensions, help them with planning and delivery and lead coordination of different projects focused on 3PL distribution center setups and adjustments and EDI and SAP integration work.

• Management of engineering teams

• Coordinating different projects, related to SAP integrations and 3PL DC setups

• Working with 3rd party companies

• Client expectation management

• Do reporting required by customer

• Budget management

• Perform people management of your team members

• Develop business opportunities, based on the information from the external and internal customer sources

• Problem&conflict prediction/solving

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Project/Delivery manager

• Experience in dealing with 3rd parties within 3PL and SAP integration projects

• Technical background (as a Software engineer, QA engineer, Devops engineer etc.) is nice to have;

• Deep understanding of SDLC and various methodologies;

• Experience with long- and short-term planning;

• Experience with risk-management;

• Experience with running projects of different complexity according to pre-defined target KPIs;

• Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team on all levels;

• Advanced English (both verbal and written);

• Good communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
