Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Demand Generation: Drive multi-channel campaigns to boost lead generation and conversion rates, utilizing digital marketing, ABM, events, and more.
Brand Management: Strengthen our brand presence in the B2B technology sector through compelling content and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on key performance metrics.
Essential requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing, with over 2 years of significant leadership experience in IT companies.
Proven success in crafting and executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in setting and tracking marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, CAC, attribution models)
Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a track record of growing and enabling high-performing teams
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ownership of marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM/automation platforms)
Strong content marketing skills — able to guide or contribute to the creation of impactful content across formats
Preferred requirements:
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
Prior collaboration with external marketing agencies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
