  • Responsibilities

    • Be a people partner for 40-100 team members in Mexico and Argentina 
    • Support full employee life-cycle (Onboarding, Career Conversations, Termination processes, etc.) 
    • Be an advisor for managers on any HR-related issue, including coaching, learning, and development, conflict solving 
    • Conduct regular 1-1s, team meetings, and surveys to analyze feedback and data to create a better working environment and engaged culture
    • Drive planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives in Zoolatech Mexico 
    • Plan and co-manage events — in-house or off-site activities (parties, celebrations, and team buildings)
    • Support of IMSS registration of new team members, advise on labor relations and benefits issues
  • We Require

    • 2+ years experience in an HR/ People partner role
    • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people from different departments
    • Ability to operate independently and drive issues toward completion
    • English — at least Upper-Intermediate level
    • Awareness of group and individual psychology approach in business will be a plus
