We’re looking for a Recruitment Operations & Enablement Lead to elevate our recruiting operations, enablement efforts, and client collaboration.This is a senior-level role for someone with deep, hands-on IT recruitment experience across a wide variety of tech stacks, and a strong understanding of recruiting best practices in high-growth environments. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with real impact on delivery and client satisfaction.
Recruiter Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver onboarding, upskilling, and knowledge-sharing programs for the recruiting team, with a strong focus on IT hiring excellence.
Process Audit & Optimization: Review, streamline, and document end-to-end recruiting workflows and ensure best practices are adopted across regions and teams.
Staffing Coordination: Partner directly with strategic clients to understand their needs, ensure alignment with recruiting teams, and coordinate staffing plans to enable seamless hiring and delivery.
TA Documentation & Deployment: Create and maintain scalable templates, playbooks, guidelines, and other TA resources, and lead adoption across the team.
Recruiting Automation Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on tools and tech that optimize the recruiting process (e.g., ATS enhancements, integrations, automations).
Employer Branding Support: Contribute to employer brand initiatives by supporting campaigns, content, and consistent messaging across touchpoints.
Comms & Workflow Design: Build candidate and stakeholder communication workflows, message templates, and best practices for internal and external consistency.
Recruiting Analytics: Enhance and maintain dashboards, improve KPI visibility, and drive data-informed decisions for the TA leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong hands-on sourcing and hiring experience across multiple tech stacks.
Proven experience supporting or leading recruiting operations, enablement, or process improvement initiatives.
Experience in staffing coordination or client-facing talent delivery roles.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity through clear documentation.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards).
Self-starter with strong project ownership, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Background in TA enablement, employer branding, or L&D for recruiters.
Experience with automation tools in the recruitment or HR tech stack.
Exposure to global hiring and working with distributed recruiting teams.
