• Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring productivity and professional growth.

• Experience:

  • 7+ years as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.

  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

  • Technical background (e.g., Software Engineering, QA, or DevOps) is a plus.
