    ZoolaTech Turkey Office is seeking a talented individual to join us as a HR People/Business Partner. We are looking for a team member with good organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will also be a connection between İstanbul office and other company locations;

    This role will cooperate with our HR team of 5 people and Turkey Country Manager, and have the power to suggest ideas and be the ambassador of changes.

    He/she will partner with Delivery managers and bring dedicated HR support for our people across multiple teams and departments since this role is the people's first point of contact regarding HR-related matters.

    To succeed in this role, our new team member should have a good understanding of employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, and office/team administration. Our HR partner will add value by increasing engagement and promoting a strong and inclusive corporate culture, making Zoola a better workplace. 

  • Responsibilities

  • We require

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant qualifications;
    • 3+ years of experience working in an entry-level role in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry;
    • Experience in supporting basic HR processes (Onboarding, Adaptation, Performance review, Offboarding etc.)
    • Good understanding of Local Labor Law and employment equity regulations;
    • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English ;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good computer user skills (i.e. Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/ Slides and related HR software, etc.);
    • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills;
    • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people from different departments;
    • Self-motivated and results-orientated with a clear focus on accuracy;
    • High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data;
    • Willing to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team;
    • Willingness to hybrid work office model (2-3 days a week) is essential.
