Guidewheel is developing a cloud-based FactoryOps platform that gives real-time visibility into machine data to help factories improve productivity and reduce emissions. The system ingests and processes large-scale time-series data, enabling manufacturers to monitor operations, detect issues, and take action faster.
As a full-stack engineer, you'll contribute to both the backend and frontend of this platform, working on features that directly impact how global manufacturers like Coca-Cola FEMSA and Johnson & Johnson run their operations. The team operates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and builds technology that combines real-time processing, usability, and scalability.
Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across the platform using Node.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and design teams to develop scalable and intuitive user-facing applications.
Own and drive projects end-to-end — from architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Translate business and user needs into effective technical solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Implement automated tests and encourage test-driven development practices across the team.
Write clean, modular code and maintain thorough technical documentation.
Conduct and participate in code reviews, continuously improving code quality and development standards.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy, especially for full-stack initiatives.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
