  • Responsibilities

    Employee onboarding:

     -- collecting documents

     -- filling FTE files with pers. info, bank details report, preparation of insurance request, etc

     -- agreement preparation

     -- Operations Onboarding meetings with newcomers

    Communication with Legal and Finance Vendors

    Reports:

     -- Saving funds reports preparation – monthly basis

     -- Food vouchers reports preparation – monthly basis

    Processing invoices: recording and following up on invoices and payments

    Organization of business trips for employees + business trips’ reports

    Help employees resolve fin/legal issues

    Employee offboarding

  • We require

    ·        Candidate is independent, proactive, propose and push new initiatives

    ·        Communications: communicating clearly and articulately via email and phone with colleagues, clients, customers, suppliers and managers

    ·        Time management: juggling numerous duties, tasks and meeting strict deadlines

    ·        Customer service: dealing with employees, Vendors, etc in a positive, professional, friendly and helpful manner

    ·        Attention to detail: working with complete accuracy and spotting small mistakes and errors in spreadsheets, statements and reports before they turn into bigger issues

    ·        Computer literacy: competently using a computer and being able to get to grips with new accounting and finance software with ease

    ·        Background: 2-3+ years in an assistant role

    ·        English: at least Upper-Intermediate level
