Role Overview:

Are you a visionary leader passionate about driving client success and delivering exceptional results? As the Senior Account & Delivery Director at Zoolatech, you’ll be at the helm of strategic client relationships and high-impact software projects. Engineering Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals.

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, fostering trust-based relationships and ensuring technical excellence in all deliverables.

  • Collaborate on contracting, transition plans, and collaboration models to ensure smooth operations and long-term partnerships.

Account Management:

  • Drive business development for assigned accounts through regular analysis, development of strategic proposals, and consulting on critical business topics.

  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, negotiate contracts, and guide project scopes and budgets to achieve mutual benefits.

  • Maintain client satisfaction and retention through active engagement with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Team Management:

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and integration processes, ensuring teams have the right mix of skills and cultural fit.

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.

  • Manage performance development processes, training, internal mobility, and risk/value assessments for team members.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, rotation planning, financial oversight, and contract terminations when necessary.

  • Proven ability to manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Strong understanding of business strategy, financial metrics, and technology.

  • Ability to analyze data and KPIs to guide strategy and decision-making.

  • Ability to identify and pitch opportunities for additional services or solutions.

  • Ability to negotiate contracts, project scopes, and budgets to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Skilled in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

  • Experience in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding top talent for delivery teams.

  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

  • Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
