Collaborate on contracting, transition plans, and collaboration models to ensure smooth operations and long-term partnerships.
Account Management:
Drive business development for assigned accounts through regular analysis, development of strategic proposals, and consulting on critical business topics.
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, negotiate contracts, and guide project scopes and budgets to achieve mutual benefits.
Maintain client satisfaction and retention through active engagement with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Team Management:
Lead hiring, onboarding, and integration processes, ensuring teams have the right mix of skills and cultural fit.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
Manage performance development processes, training, internal mobility, and risk/value assessments for team members.
