  • Overview

    Help us enable and establish a data-driven culture for one of our most important Clients.

    The project in which you will be participating consists on the working with Top Talent Colleagues from different business areas in order to define and set the baseline for our Client’s Data Science Capabilities.

    You will enable our Clients to,

    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Scale-up Data Science Capabilities.

  • Responsibilities

    • GLM and Tree-based models development to predict profitability
    • Close collaboration with Data and Business areas in order to develop Modeling Data Sets.
    • Contribution on the Data sets model buildout
    • Define & optimize Algorithms to predict trends on conversion and retention
    • Create value models for prioritizing marketing efforts and initiatives
    • Research on State of the Art techniques on AI and promote further Development. Building Computer Visual models and Generating advanced NLP models to interpret Documents and Assist based on content.
    • Ideate ML Models from scratch. Gathering requirements, testing feasibility, trainings, etc.

  • We require

    Strong Technical Skills,

    • Strong Programming Foundation (Python, SQL)
    • Proficient in Data Manipulation & Data Visualization
    • Strong Statistical Analysis skills
    • 2-5 years of experience developing ML (Machine Learning) Models

    Soft Skills,

    • Advanced English Level
    • Great Written and verbal communication

    Relevant Experience,

    • Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing)
    • Experience with applied Mathematics and Statistics
    • Insurance
    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

    Nice to Have,

    • Master or PhD degree on relatable knowledge areas
    • NLP Models knowledge
