The Talent Partner, Turkey, will report to the VP of People and serve as a critical advisor to leadership and employees while closely collaborating with HRBPs and Recruiting Teams.
Key Responsibilities:Talent & People StrategyDrive HR programs locally: performance management, employee engagement, development, and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on career growth, team dynamics, and organizational development
Partner with Global Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Employee Experience, People Operations) to co-create people-focused solutions
Recruiting Partnership
Drive the hiring process in Turkey in collaboration with the EMEA Technical Recruiting team, who lead on sourcing and candidate pipeline development
Manage key stakeholder communication across hiring processes
Guide candidates through PMI/CI stages, conduct HR interviews for Staff+ and Management-level roles
Support the successful integration and retention of final candidates
Location Development & Leadership Engagement
Collaborate with Global EEx and Internal Communications to contribute to a strong, connected, and inspiring local culture
Actively shape and support location development initiatives in Turkey
Provide insights, feedback, and ideas directly to upper leadership — influencing strategy and decision-making for the region
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as an HR professional, ideally as an HRBP in a global tech or fast-paced environment
Strong grasp of the entire HR lifecycle - from onboarding and development to performance and employee relations
Solid experience in recruitment and hiring partnership, including interviewing and stakeholder alignment
A relationship builder with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Turkish and highly proficient in English
